A salad at lunch can be one of the best ways to boost your fruits and vegetables leaving you feeling energetic (not weighed down) and ready to be productive for the afternoon. I’ve compiled my favorite make and take salads for transport using the Make and Take Mason Jar. You can still eat healthy on-the-go! 

It’s simple to make a salad at the beginning of the week, just choose a favorite and prep all the ingredients on Sundays. Have the same salad all week or try different variations. I find it easiest to have the same salad all week and then switch it up the following week. I’ve shared four favorite recipes – which means a month of lunch (if you have one type of salad a week!)
